Responsibilities:
Designed and developed prototypes for the recruitment portal for Manpower.
Conducted user research and testing to drive and defend UX and UI decisions.
Led the design team of 6 members and development team of 12 members for the project and was a bridge between the client, stakeholders and the service delivery team.
THE OUTCOME
Manpower is a recruitment portal which is dedicated to enriching people's lives with meaningful employment and development opportunities. The portal is responsive and enhances a candidate’s experience by simplifying the registration process and standardizing the way the opportunities are shown.
