Responsibilities:
Designed and developed prototypes for Experis talent portal for Manpower Group.
Conducted user research and testing to drive and defend UX and UI decisions.
Led the team of 3 designers and groomed them with new technologies and design methods.

Experis is a dedicated business unit of ManpowerGroup Global. A talent portal which helps in transforming challenges into opportunities by accessing and placing specialized expertise in IT and other industries with their deep industry knowledge. The portal is responsive and enhances a candidate’s experience by simplifying the registration process and standardizing the way the opportunities are shown based on the search filters.
